26 May 2023 Julie Yu-wen Chen and Ute Wallenbock co-contributed an article entitled "Reincarnation System of Living Buddhas: A Taiwanese Perspective" Free access to a special publication on "The Dalai Lama’s Succession: Strategic Realities of the Tibet Question" published by the Institute for Security & Development Policy in Stockholm.
