New CORE subjects taught at the Seminar of Chinese Studies
Our Seminar of Chinese Studies will offer not one, but two new CORE subjects for those interested in contemporary China.
The first course, titled "China in the 21st century," is taught by Denisa Hilbertová, and through this course, students will gain an understanding of the political and social backgroundof the People's Republic of China.
The second course, named "Chinese Visions of the World for the 21st century," will focus on how the Chinese envision the future of the world and China's place in it. Dr. Dušan Vávra is the instructor for this course.
Both of these courses will be available in the upcoming academic year 2023/2024.
